The Ballard Inn and Restaurant wasnamed the best restaurant in all of Santa Barbara County by the ratings and review guide Zagat.
To show its appreciation for the Zagat recognition, Owner and Chef Budi Kazaliis offering a prix fixe dinner for a limited time: three courses for $33, a dinner that includes the Ballard Caesar to start, the pan-seared duck breast with sweet potato puree and balsamic reduction as the entree and warm chocolate cake with house-made ice cream for dessert.
